Hey everyone! DECEMBER Baby! Christmas is just around the corner. So excited. I will be having surgery probably after Christmas. I think. I need to get rid of something. lol Really, nothing serious. But anyway, this month is a blast! TWILIGHT is still booming! I don't think it will stop. New Moon is the next sequel and they will start filming on March 2009. Some scenes will be filmed in Italy. Edward can fly, can run anywhere, around the world.

Let's start with Britney's COMEBACK! Very strong COMEBACK!

----Britney continues to kick ass, this time boosting ratings on MTV for her new documentary "Britney: For The Record."

According to the HollywoodReporter, "For The Record" averaged 3.7 million total viewers at 10 p.m. Sunday night. "It also pulled in a 3.5 rating in the network's target demo of persons 12-34, tripling the time period average in that demo and all others." A lot of people heard the truth last night. Whether you were really listening as Britney likes to say, well... that's a different story.----

Britney Starts Over Glamour & Britney Returns Rolling Stone Magazine 2008

“America’s reigning pop princess has a firm grip on fame, fortune and, more important, reality.” At least that’s how it looked the last time Glamour profiled Britney Spears, in December 2003, when we named her one of our Women of the Year. Back then, the 22-year-old was a certified pop music powerhouse. With her most recent CD perched on top of the charts, she’d already sold 28 million albums in the United States alone, was pulling in a staggering $39 million a year and had created an arts immersion camp for underprivileged children.

And then the trouble began. Over the past five years, our hearts have broken again and again for Spears. No, not because of her career (she continues to be a hit-making machine), but because of everything else. To recap: two failed marriages, a custody battle and what seemed like a slow-motion breakdown. In 2006 she called herself an “emotional wreck” in an interview with Matt Lauer, then flashed the entire world in numerous no-underwear paparazzi shots. In 2007 she stunned us by shaving her head for the cameras, made several visits to rehab and attacked a photographer’s car with—remember this?—a green umbrella. She attempted a sexy “See, I’m OK” performance on the VMAs that September, only to be ravaged by critics and fans for her drowsy dancing and off-time lip-synching. Her peers went public with their concern: “She can call me and come live in our house with us for a couple of months,” Heidi Klum said in a show of support. “I would help set her straight.”

Celebrated her 27th birthday & released her new album Circus 12.02.08

PS: 2 people made her cake for 60 hours. it was given to her when she performed on Good Morning America in NYC, 12.02.08

... Later she had a party at Tenjune nightclub w/ a Circus theme (of course)

She then had an appearance for Rockerfeller Center Tree Lighting Ceremony...

And then Britney turned on the lights the night of 12.04.08 at LA Live Christmas tree lighting ceremony in Downtown LA...

UPDATES:

A.) Heidi Klum was one of the special guests at Britney's 27th birthday party at club Tenjune in New York City several days ago. Britney, who "crashed" Heidi's Halloween party last year, is said to be on good terms with the supermodel, even possibly arranging a cameo for Britney on Klum's majorly successful syndicated television show.

According to a source via MSNBC's The Scoop, it just may happen!
Quote: "Heidi's smart: she knows that Britney can do wonders for a show's ratings, there's been a lot of drama at 'Runway' - it would be huge for her to get Britney.

It's true! Earlier this year, Britney's cameo on "How I Met Your Mother" gave the show its highest ratings ever! Additionally, Britney's appearance at the VMAs in September boosted the awards show's ratings by 19%! More recently though, Britney's revealing documentary "For The Record" scored a whopping 4 million viewers in its Sunday night time-slot.

B.) New Circus Video Picture Part Tres

C.) New Estimates Suggest Up To Half Million "Circus" Copies Sold!

Earlier reports suggested Britney may sell over 300,000 copies of Circus in its first week, but according to new estimates from Hitsdailydouble.com, this may not be the case. She'll sell more!

"Britney Spears, whose Circus (Jive/ZLG) has far exceeded expectations and now appears headed toward 470-490k."

Additionally, Circus is expected to debut at #1 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart!

Other artists who pose a threat to Britney "is Akon's Freedom (SRC/Universal Motown), which should wind up at #7 with a projected 90-95k, #2 Taylor Swift (Big Machine), 170-180k; #3 Beyonce (Music World/Columbia), 160-170k; #4 Kanye West (Roc-a-Fella/IDJ), 150-160k; #5 Twilight (Chop Shop/Atlantic), 120-130k; #6 Nickelback (Roadrunner), 110-120k; #8 Now 29 (UMe) 85-90k; and #9-10 dust-up between David Cook (19/RCA/RMG) and High School Musical 3 (Walt Disney), both trending toward 80-85k."

D.) Oprah Wants To Interview Britney! She wants one-on-one interview. She does not want to do it with an audience but at home with Britney would be a good idea. I guess.
And Ellen DeGeneres Confirms Britney "Appearance"! No date yet but sure she will be sitting on that red comfy couch.

AND: She won Best International Pop Star in Offenburg, Germany at the 2008 Bambi Awards

GREAT MONTH! Exciting!
